At ZGF Architects I produced schematic and design development documents for a mixed-use retail and residential town centre for the Southlands development in Tsawwassen, British Columbia. The Discovery Centre is the first phase of a planned beach community rooted in farming and food. The project consists of three apartment dwellings above a retail ground floor, adjacent retail building, and below-grade parking for 21 vehicles.
