At MCM Partnership I produced design development documents for a 32 storey speculative AAA commercial office tower in downtown Vancouver. The mid-block building is an expansion to an existing office tower on an adjacent property and is designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification.

VC2 was completed in 2022.
